It is not easy to live life sometimes. To face the world with a smile
when you’re crying inside.
It takes a lot of courage to reach down
inside yourself, hold on to that strength and know that tomorrow is a
new day - with new possibilities.
There will be times where you’re challenged, where nothing seems to be
going right,
where tragedy strikes and you’re left to pick up the
pieces.
These experiences leave us feeling weak and hopeless.
But that’s
no reason to stay down for long.
No matter what you’re going through in
life, other people just like you have gone through the same or worse
and come out stronger on the other side.
If you can just hold on long enough
to see this through and trust that you can survive this,
